PROMOTION PLAN - Modavia Fall Fashion Week 2009
1. Public Relations
▪ Develop strategy and press release schedule (include mentions of all participating designers)
▪ Develop SL media list to include daily & monthly print publications, TV and fashion blogs
▪ Develop media kit (send to all Media List individuals)
2. Print Advertising
▪ Contract SL daily newspapers and secure trade advertising
▪ Inclusion of participating designers in Modavia Fashion Directory (MFD) advertising, July/August issue (plus post show coverage in September edition)
3. Fashion Consolidated
▪ Post Fashion Show schedule every day (different participants can take turns posting)
4. Collateral (include listing and/or logos of participating designers)
▪ Develop poster for Modavia Fall Fashion Week 2009
▪ Deliver to participating designers to display poster in their stores
▪ Develop note card/image that each participating designer can send to their individual customer groups
▪ Develop custom Invitation
▪ Develop VIP mailing list
▪ Send invitation to VIP list and MFD subscriber list
5. Venue Signage
▪ Display wall of Designer Logos with LMs at show venues
6. BLOG Posts
▪ Post daily to the Modavia website and blog syndicates
▪ Include logos/photos/ schedule of events
7. BOUTIQUE
▪ Create a sales boutique adjacent to the main show venues, offering fashions showcased during the week; designers will setup
▪ Boutique to be included in all promotional materials
▪ Boutique to remain at location for 1 - 2 weeks after the conclusion of Fashion Week
