**** Modavia Productions Announces POPArt 2010 ****
December 5, 2010 – MODAVIA PRODUCTIONS, the fashion show and event management division of Modavia Fashion Marketing, today announced a new collaboration with MODERN GYPSY and MAD AGENCY. POPArt 2010 brings together leading designers and artists in an exploration and reinterpretation of the pop art movement of the late 1950′s, and early 60′s.

Characterised by themes and techniques drawn from popular mass culture such as advertising, comic books and mundane cultural objects, the pop art movement challenged tradition and in concept referred not as much to the art itself as to the attitudes that led to it.

Designer of the ever-edgy and mould breaking MODERN GYPSY couture brand. Micah has been pushing the boundaries of SL couture for some time and is recognised as one of the key players in the vanguard of new avant garde creatives.
