Announcing Modavia Fashion Week
Dear Fashion Designer,
Modavia Productions would like to extend an invitation for you to participate in the
Modavia Fall Fashion Week 2009 to be held September 10 - 17, 2009. All shows will
be held at 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm, and/or 4:00pm SLT (all times are SLT).

This is the second event for seasonal fashion presentations by designers in Second Life and will be held in conjunction with the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week held in New York City at the same time. Our plan is to host a series of 3-5 fashion shows per day in tents in SL Bryant Park. There will also be a central boutique location for sales of the items presented in the shows and you are welcome to set up vendors and offer a gift to attendees if you wish.

PARTICIPATION DETAILS
Each designer will provide the following:
--- 12 Fall/Winter outfits (transfer permission OK) PLEASE INDICATE IF NEW/UNRELEASED
--- Photos of the 12 outfits chosen for the show (full permissions)
--- Business Logo (full permissions)
--- LM main store location
--- $10,000L Participation Fee

If you are interested in participating, please complete the participation form and send it and your payment to Poptart Lilliehook, CEO Modavia Fashion Marketing. More details regarding participation will be sent once we receive your Participation Form and Payment. Please adhere to the Deadlines as stated in this note card. Note: You can send earlier if you wish, so that you can obtain the date you want, first come, first served. Priority will also be given to those designers showing unreleased items. PLEASE SPECIFY if your intended designs will be new/unreleased.
