MODAVIA PRODUCTIONS PRESENTS "ARTISTIC LICENSE"
July 13, 2009 - Modavia Productions, the new fashion event production group - a division of Modavia Fashion Marketing, today announced that it's first fashion event will be presented on Saturday, June 20th at 10:00AM for members of the media and 3:00PM SLT for the general public. These
shows will feature Avant Garde Haute Couture fashion designs and accessories presented on a custom designed set with original abstract art installations. The fashions being presented are from a select group of designers invited to participate in this unique show, along with specially selected runway style hair and skin.
Fashions to be shown will include some unreleased outfits from Sissy Pessoa of Baiastice, Leezu Baxter of Leezu!, Elettra Gausman of Orage Creations, and Cheerno destiny of a.C store. Also invited to show at this event are Amanda Bolero of Bolero Collection and Asalt Eames of Sweetaholic who will present his range of modern couture kimonos. A tribute to other avant garde designers including Eshi Otawara, Iota Ultsch, Bianca Foulon, Patrizia Blessed and Ziamela Loon will round off each show.
Shoes for Artistic License are being provided by Kookie Lemon of Kookie Shoes and hair is being provided by new runway hair designer Tabata Jewell of Vanity Hair, Miu Edman of Mirone Hair and Diorsis Rossini of Diorsis Hair. A new skin range CANA will be presented for the first time at these shows by skin designer, Lion Jonesford, of Lionskins.
The new runway for Modavia Productions will be the site of these shows and not only is there a custom designed set but also original art will be incorporated into this design. For the attendees, there will be an on-site boutique featuring the designs presented in the show and this boutique will remain open for a week, post show. All art on display will also be available for purchase.
